RETURN OF SUCH BOND TO CLERK’S OFFICE (§ 8.01-368)

Any indemnifying bond taken by an officer under the preceding section shall be
returned by him within twenty-one days to the clerk’s office of the
circuit court of the county or city wherein the property levied on, or to be
levied on, is located.
