NOTICE BY COURTS AND OFFICERS OF SIGNATURES OF JUDGES AND GOVERNOR (§ 8.01-387)

All courts and officers shall take notice of the signature of any of the judges,
or of the Governor of this Commonwealth, to any judicial or official document.
