NUMBER OF WITNESSES WHOSE DEPOSITIONS MAY BE TAKEN (§ 8.01-420.6)

Notwithstanding any other provision of law or rule of court, there shall be no
limit on the number of witnesses whose depositions may be taken by a party
except by order of the court for good cause shown.
