CODE OF VIRGINIA

NOTICE NOT REQUIRED TO PARTIES SERVED WITH PROCESS (§ 8.01-594)

In any suit matured and docketed in which the bill or petition prays for the
appointment of a receiver, no notice shall be required under this article to be
given to any defendant upon whom process to answer such bill or petition shall
have been served.
