CODE OF VIRGINIA

TRANSMISSION OF RECORDS TO FEDERAL COURT (§ 8.01-667)

Whenever any habeas corpus case is pending in a federal court, upon written
request of the Attorney General or any assistant attorney general, a court of
this Commonwealth shall transmit to such federal court such records as may be
requested.
