This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Compelling Attendance Of Witnesses, Etc.” It is part of Title 8.01, titled “Civil Remedies And Procedure.” It is part of Chapter 14, titled “Evidence.” It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.
