PRESUMPTION THAT RULE OF LAW CONTINUES UNCHANGED (§ 8.11-108)

Unless a change in law has clearly been made, the provisions of this act of 1973
shall be deemed declaratory of the meaning of Titles 8.1 through 8.9 as amended
through 1972.
