CODE OF VIRGINIA

CHAPTER CONTROLLING OVER INCONSISTENT LAWS (§ 2.2-2349.1)

Insofar as the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent with the provisions
of any other law, general, special, or local, or parts thereof, the provisions
of this chapter shall be controlling.
