AUTHORITY OF CHESTERFIELD COUNTY LAW-ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS TO ISSUE PARKING
TICKETS (§ 46.2-1235)

Law-enforcement officers employed by Chesterfield County are authorized to issue
tickets or citations for motor vehicles that are illegally parked anywhere in
Chesterfield County.
