CODE OF VIRGINIA

DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE PROGRAMS (§ 53.1-202.5)

The Department shall ensure that educational, vocational, counseling, and
substance abuse programs for earning sentence credits are available at all state
correctional facilities.
