CODE OF VIRGINIA

REQUESTS FOR PUBLIC HEARING, HEARINGS, AND FINAL DECISIONS PROCEDURES (§
62.1-44.15:83)

A. The issuance of a certification pursuant to this article shall be a permit
action.

B. The Department shall assess an administrative charge to the applicant to
cover the direct costs of services rendered associated with its responsibilities
pursuant to this section.
