						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall create a list of invasive plant species no later than January 1, 2024, and shall update such list at least every four years thereafter. <a id="paragraph-1287588" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/10.1-104.6_2/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
