						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> On and after January 1, 1992, it shall be unlawful for any distributor or manufacturer knowingly to sell or offer for sale, for purposes of resale, any packaging <span class="dictionary">materials</span> that contain fully halogenated chloro-fluorocarbons as a blowing or expansion agent. <a id="paragraph-1288952" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/10.1-1424.1/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
