						<section><p>A <span class="dictionary">private provider</span> may file an action against a municipality in the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> having <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> over the municipality for <span class="dictionary">equitable</span> relief, including a restraining <span class="dictionary">order</span> and <span class="dictionary">injunction</span>, for a violation of the provisions of this article. At least 10 days before filing such action the <span class="dictionary">private provider</span> shall file a written notice thereof with the municipality.</p></section></text><history>2003, c. 677.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
