						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> A <span class="dictionary">locality</span> shall not require <span class="dictionary">zoning</span> approval for (i) routine maintenance or (ii) the replacement of wireless facilities or <span class="dictionary">wireless support structures</span> within a six-foot perimeter with wireless facilities or <span class="dictionary">wireless support structures</span> that are substantially similar or the same size or smaller. However, a <span class="dictionary">locality</span> may require a permit to work within the right-of-way for the activities described in clause (i) or (ii), if applicable. <a id="paragraph-1297882" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/15.2-2316.4_3/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
