						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The Commonwealth or any agency thereof and every <span class="dictionary">locality</span> shall provide reasonable no-<span class="dictionary">smoking</span> areas, considering the nature of the use and the size of the building, in any building owned or leased by the Commonwealth or any agency thereof or a <span class="dictionary">locality</span>. <a id="paragraph-1298424" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/15.2-2823/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
