						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">commissioner</span> thus removed may, within ten days after the <span class="dictionary">mayor</span>&#x2019;s action, <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> to the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> of the <span class="dictionary">city</span>, and the decision of such <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall be final.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 32-230; 1979, c. 719, &#xA7; 15.1-1549; 1997, c. 587.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
