						<section><p>Any holder of <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">bonds</span></span> issued under the provisions of this chapter, or of any of the coupons appertaining thereto, and the trustee under any <span class="dictionary">trust indenture</span> securing the same, except to the extent the rights herein given may be restricted by such <span class="dictionary">trust indenture</span> or any resolution authorizing the issuance of such <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">bonds</span></span>, may, either at <span class="dictionary">law</span> or in <span class="dictionary">equity</span>, by suit, action, <span class="dictionary">injunction</span>, mandamus or other proceedings, protect and enforce any and all rights under the <span class="dictionary">laws</span> of this Commonwealth or granted by this chapter or under such <span class="dictionary">trust indenture</span> or resolution and may enforce and compel the performance of all duties required by this chapter or by such <span class="dictionary">trust indenture</span> or resolution to be performed by the <span class="dictionary">authority</span> or by any officer, employee or agent thereof, including the fixing, charging and collection of fees, rents and other charges.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 32-271.4; 1973, c. 462, &#xA7; 15.1-1595; 1979, c. 719; 1997, c. 587.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
