						<section><p>The Frederick County Sheriff&#x2019;s Department shall have, concurrently with the City of Winchester Police Department, <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> to <span class="dictionary">arrest</span> perpetrators of all <span class="dictionary">offenses</span> committed in or upon the premises, buildings, rooms, or offices of the Joint Judicial Center or any other building located in the City of Winchester that is owned or occupied by Frederick County.</p></section></text><history>1984, c. 363, &#xA7; 17-126.6; 2025, c. 2.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
