						<section><p>The following production areas are designated for the purposes of this chapter:</p><p>Area I: The locality with the highest <span class="dictionary">cotton</span> production in the most recent calendar year according to the records of the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>;</p><p>Area II: The locality with the second highest <span class="dictionary">cotton</span> production in the most recent calendar year according to the records of the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>; and</p><p>At-Large Area: Localities determined to be Area I or Area II or any other locality that produces <span class="dictionary">cotton</span> in the most recent calendar year according to the records of the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>.</p></section></text><history>1997, c. 873, &#xA7; 3.1-1092; 1999, c. 751; 2008, c. 860; 2025, cc. 75, 88.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
