						<section><p>Each operator of a <span class="dictionary">livestock market</span> where cattle are sold shall: (i) keep a copy of the register of <span class="dictionary">brands</span> in his place of business where it will be easily accessible for public inspection; and (ii) keep a record, for at least two years, of all cattle received and the name and address of the owner.</p></section></text><history>1974, c. 642, &#xA7; 3.1-796.35; 2008, c. 860.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
