						<section><p>No <span class="dictionary">insurer</span> that makes its own filings nor any <span class="dictionary">rate service organization</span> shall support its filings by statistics or adopt rate making recommendations furnished to it by an advisory organization that has not complied with (i) the provisions of this article or (ii) any <span class="dictionary">order</span> of the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> entered under &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Unfair acts or practices of advisory organization" href="/38.2-2024/">38.2-2024</a>, involving such statistics or recommendations. If the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> finds any <span class="dictionary">insurer</span> or <span class="dictionary">rate service organization</span> to be in violation of this section it may <span class="dictionary">issue</span> an <span class="dictionary">order</span> requiring the discontinuance of the violation.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7;&#xA7; 38-253.19, 38-253.66; 1952, c. 317, &#xA7; 38.1-275; 1986, c. 562.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
