						<section><p>All <span class="dictionary">contracts</span> of any <span class="dictionary">company</span> for <span class="dictionary">insurance</span> or other benefits shall be in writing. No <span class="dictionary">company</span> or any of its officers or agents shall include in the sum charged a member, any fee, compensation, or other charge.
