						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> is authorized to adopt, <span class="dictionary">amend</span>, and repeal such reasonable resolutions, rules, regulations, and <span class="dictionary">orders</span> as it shall deem necessary for the management, government, and use of any <span class="dictionary">airport</span> or <span class="dictionary">air navigation facility</span> owned by it or under its control. No rule, regulation, <span class="dictionary">order</span>, or standard prescribed by the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> shall be inconsistent with, or contrary to, any <span class="dictionary">law</span> of this Commonwealth or act of the Congress of the United States or any regulation promulgated or standard established pursuant thereto concerning such <span class="dictionary">airport</span> or the operation of <span class="dictionary">aircraft</span>. The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> shall keep on file at the principal office of the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> for public inspection a copy of all its rules and regulations.</p></section></text><history>1980, c. 750.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
