						<section><p>If any <span class="dictionary">person</span> commences the erection of a structure of the nature described in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Permit required for erection of certain structures" href="/5.1-25.1/">5.1-25.1</a> without securing the permit therein required, the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall have power to apply forthwith to the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> of the <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> in which the structure is located or is to be located, for injunctive relief.</p></section></text><history>1968, c. 744; 1979, c. 272.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
