						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> may certify any applicant as a <span class="dictionary">Virginia certified professional wetland delineator</span> who has submitted satisfactory <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> verified by <span class="dictionary">affidavits</span> that the applicant:</p></section>
						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> Is eighteen years of age or older; <a id="paragraph-1370151" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/54.1-2206.1/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="2"><p><span class="prefix-number">2.</span> Is of good moral character; and <a id="paragraph-1370152" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/54.1-2206.1/#2"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
