						<section><p>The denial of a <span class="dictionary">supplier</span>&#x2019;s permit by the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall be final unless appealed under &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Hearing and appeal" href="/58.1-4105/">58.1-4105</a>.
