						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">person</span> who conducts a <span class="dictionary">gaming operation</span> without first obtaining a license to do so, or who continues to conduct such <span class="dictionary">games</span> after <span class="dictionary">revocation</span> of his license, in addition to other penalties provided, shall be subject to a civil <span class="dictionary">penalty</span> assessed by the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> equal to the amount of <span class="dictionary">gross receipts</span> derived from wagering on <span class="dictionary">games</span>, whether unauthorized or authorized, conducted on the day, as well as confiscation and forfeiture of all <span class="dictionary">casino gaming</span> equipment, devices, and supplies used in the conduct of unauthorized <span class="dictionary">games</span>. Any civil penalties collected pursuant to this section shall be payable to the State Treasurer for deposit to the general fund.</p></section></text><history>2020, cc. 1197, 1248.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
