This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 14 “Virginia Waste Management Act”, which is part of Subtitle II “Activities Administered by Other Entities”, which is part of Title 10.1 “Conservation”. It contains 21 laws.
