This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Kidnapping And Related Offenses.” It is part of Title 18.2, titled “Crimes And Offenses Generally.” It is part of Chapter 4, titled “Crimes Against The Person.” It’s comprised of the following 9 sections.
