Arson And Related Crimes

This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Arson And Related Crimes.” It is part of Title 18.2, titled “Crimes And Offenses Generally.” It is part of Chapter 5, titled “Crimes Against Property.” It’s comprised of the following 13 sections.

Manufacture, possession, use, etc., of fire bombs or explosive materials or devices; penalties

Setting fire to woods, fences, grass, etc

Setting woods, etc., on fire intentionally whereby another is damaged or jeopardized

Setting off chemical bombs capable of producing smoke in certain public buildings
