This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Embezzlement And Fraudulent Conversions.” It is part of Title 18.2, titled “Crimes And Offenses Generally.” It is part of Chapter 5, titled “Crimes Against Property.” It’s comprised of the following 13 sections.
