Former Jeopardy

This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Former Jeopardy.” It is part of Title 19.2, titled “Criminal Procedure.” It is part of Chapter 17, titled “Convictions; Effect Thereof.” It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.

Dismissal of one of dual charges for driving while intoxicated and reckless driving upon conviction of other charge
