Pretrial Services Act

This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Pretrial Services Act.” It is part of Title 19.2, titled “Criminal Procedure.” It is part of Chapter 9, titled “Bail And Recognizances.” It’s comprised of the following 9 sections.
