Chapter 161 of the Acts of 1926, as amended, codified as §§ 1560a-1560l2 of Michie Code 1942 and Michie Suppl. 1946, and last amended by chapter 465 of the Acts of 1948, providing for sanitary districts in counties having more than 500 inhabitants per square mile or adjoining a county having more than 1,000 inhabitants per square mile or adjoining a city having a population of 170,000 or more, is continued in effect. Chapter 189 of the Acts of 1932, codified as §§ 1560t-1560z of Michie Code 1942, providing for sanitary districts in counties having a population of between 35,000 and 37,000 according to the census of 1930, is continued in effect. Chapter 232 of the Acts of 1944, codified as § 1560l3 of Michie Suppl. 1946, relating to levy of sanitary district tax in lieu of issuance of bonds in counties having an area of more than forty-five and less than sixty square miles, is continued in effect.
