Interrogatories

This is Article 6 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Interrogatories.” It is part of Title 8.01, titled “Civil Remedies And Procedure.” It is part of Chapter 18, titled “Executions And Other Means Of Recovery.” It’s comprised of the following 8 sections.

Proceedings by interrogatories to ascertain estate of debtor; summons; proviso; objections by judgment debtor

Production of book accounts or other writing compelled

Proceedings in court of county or city where execution debtor resides
