This is Article 1.1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Resource Management Plans.” It is part of Chapter 1 “General Provisions”, which is part of Subtitle I “Activities Administered by the Department of Conservation and Recreation”, which is part of Title 10.1 “Conservation”.
