This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Dam Safety Act.” It is part of Chapter 6 “Flood Protection and Dam Safety”, which is part of Subtitle I “Activities Administered by the Department of Conservation and Recreation”, which is part of Title 10.1 “Conservation”.
