This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Small Renewable Energy Projects.” It is part of Chapter 11.1 “Department of Environmental Quality”, which is part of Subtitle II “Activities Administered by Other Entities”, which is part of Title 10.1 “Conservation”.

It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.
