This is Article 14 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Voluntary Forest Mitigation.” It is part of Chapter 11 “Forest Resources and the Department of Forestry”, which is part of Subtitle II “Activities Administered by Other Entities”, which is part of Title 10.1 “Conservation”.

It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
