This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Litter Control and Recycling.” It is part of Chapter 14 “Virginia Waste Management Act”, which is part of Subtitle II “Activities Administered by Other Entities”, which is part of Title 10.1 “Conservation”.
