This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Department of Historic Resources.” It is part of Chapter 22 “Historic Resources”, which is part of Subtitle III “Activities Administered by the Department of Historic Resources”, which is part of Title 10.1 “Conservation”.
