This is Chapter 23 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Virginia Antiquities Act.” It is part of Subtitle III “Activities Administered by the Department of Historic Resources”, which is part of Title 10.1 “Conservation”.

It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.
