This is Article 12 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Sale of Assets.” It is part of Chapter 10 “Virginia Nonstock Corporation Act”, which is part of Title 13.1 “Corporations”.

It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.

§ 13.1-899	Sale of assets in regular course of business
§ 13.1-900	Sale of assets other than in regular course of business
§ 13.1-901	Sale of certain real property by incorporated educational institutions
