This is Chapter 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Optional Forms of County Government; General Provisions.” It is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions; Charters; Other Forms and Organization of Counties”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.

It’s comprised of the following 8 sections.
