This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 8 “Urban County Executive Form of Government”, which is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions; Charters; Other Forms and Organization of Counties”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.
