This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Uniform Charter Powers.” It is part of Chapter 11 “Powers of Cities and Towns”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.
