This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Miscellaneous Powers.” It is part of Chapter 12 “General Powers and Procedures of Counties”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.
