This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 14 “Governing Bodies of Localities”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.

It’s comprised of the following 15 sections.
