This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Ordinances and Other Actions by the Local Governing Body.” It is part of Chapter 14 “Governing Bodies of Localities”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”.
